By accessing, registering on, or using the 499bde platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 499bde ("the Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 499bde platform.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on 499bde — or by continuing to use the platform if you registered prior to the current version of these Terms — you acknowledge and confirm all of the following:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and understand their content.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and accept the 499bde Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
• You have read and accept the 499bde Responsible Gaming policy, which forms part of this agreement.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 499bde with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — whether oral or written — between you and 499bde relating to the subject matter herein.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on 499bde, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

Age Requirement

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older throughout your use of the platform. 499bde strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors.
• 499bde reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend account access pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to a minor will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
• If you are aware that a minor has gained access to a 499bde account — including your own — you must report this immediately to the support team at the email address listed in the footer of this page.

Geographic Eligibility

• The 499bde platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory do so in violation of these Terms and may have their accounts closed without notice.
• It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 499bde is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. 499bde makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

Personal Capacity

• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through 499bde's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party problem gambling support scheme, at the time of registration or subsequent use.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder.

Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To create an account on 499bde, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile phone number. You are required to keep this information current and to notify 499bde promptly of any changes via the account settings or support team.

• Each player may hold only one active account on 499bde. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person under any circumstances.
• You must not use the name, identity documents, payment methods, or personal details of another person when registering or verifying your account.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your 499bde account and must not share this password with any other person. 499bde staff will never ask you to disclose your password.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 499bde support team immediately. 499bde will take prompt steps to secure the account pending investigation.
• SMS verification codes sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number are one-time-use tokens. Do not share these codes with anyone — including individuals claiming to represent 499bde support.

KYC Identity Verification

499bde is required to verify the identity of all players before enabling full account features, including withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of at least one of the following:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back images, clearly legible.
• Valid Bangladesh Passport — biographical data page, clearly legible.
• Bangladesh Birth Registration Certificate — accepted for players who do not yet hold an NID.

Additional documentation (such as proof of address or payment method ownership) may be requested at 499bde's discretion. KYC documents are processed within 24 hours in most cases. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal access suspended until the issue is resolved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on 499bde is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 499bde reserves the right to apply account-level limits as part of responsible gaming measures.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to someone other than the registered 499bde player — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

• 499bde does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 499bde may require verification of the destination payment account before processing.
• Verified accounts (KYC complete) receive withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions. Bank card and bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• 499bde reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, including requesting further identity documentation, at its sole discretion. These checks do not affect the withdrawal timeline for verified accounts under standard circumstances.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in the bonus balance being voided.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

499bde offers a range of bonus promotions to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below as well as the specific terms displayed with each individual offer at the time of claiming. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified 499bde account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real-money funds by satisfying the stated wagering requirement before a withdrawal can include those funds.
• Wagering requirements specify a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before the funds become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific game contribution percentages are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are voided automatically.

Welcome Bonus

Abuse and Misuse of Bonuses

• Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including through multiple account creation, coordinated play with other players, or use of low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.
• 499bde monitors betting patterns associated with bonus use. Irregular patterns consistent with bonus abuse will be investigated, and 499bde's determination in such cases is final.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

• You acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment that carries financial risk, and that the house edge means the platform has a statistical advantage over the player in the long run.
• You agree to set personal limits on your gambling activity — including deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits — and to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.
• You confirm that you are not using funds that you cannot afford to lose, and that gambling does not interfere with your financial obligations, employment, or personal relationships.
• You agree to use the self-exclusion feature if you believe your gambling is becoming harmful, and to refrain from attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion through the creation of a new account.
• You confirm that you are not under the influence of alcohol or any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of gambling.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499bde platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance — including real-money funds — may be voided where the balance was accrued through prohibited activity.

• Fraud and Deception: Using false or stolen identity documents, payment methods belonging to another person, or providing deliberately inaccurate account information for any purpose.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 499bde account, regardless of whether the accounts use the same or different personal details.

• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, or any software that interacts with the 499bde platform in a way not intended by its design — including exploit tools, game manipulation software, or screen-scraping tools used for unfair betting advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using 499bde as a channel for transferring, concealing, or legitimising funds obtained through unlawful activity. 499bde cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to suspected money laundering.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider in relation to 499bde transactions. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for the disputed amount.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward 499bde staff or other users through any communication channel associated with the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by 499bde

499bde reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity associated with the account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player that 499bde determines to be fraudulent.
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same player.
• A court order, law enforcement request, or other legal obligation requiring account action.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 499bde will notify the player via their registered email address. Investigations are completed as promptly as possible, typically within 10 business days. Verified real-money balances (excluding balances accrued through prohibited activity) in a suspended account will be returned to the player upon resolution, provided no wrongdoing is established.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your 499bde account at any time by contacting the support team via the email address in the footer. Upon receiving a closure request, 499bde will:

• Process any pending withdrawal of verified real-money balance to your registered payment method.
• Void any unclaimed or partially-wagered bonus funds in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.
• Deactivate your account access within 48 hours of the request being confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499bde's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the net real-money balance held in that player's verified account at the time the liability arises. 499bde shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from platform use.

• Technical Failures: 499bde is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, server outages, connectivity disruptions, or platform maintenance periods that are communicated in advance where possible. In the event of a verified game malfunction affecting a completed wager, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned at 499bde's discretion.
• Internet Connectivity: 499bde is not responsible for loss of game session data, placed bets, or account access arising from the player's own internet connection issues, including those caused by Bangladesh's mobile network infrastructure.
• Third-Party Payment Providers: 499bde is not liable for delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions. Transaction disputes with payment providers must be resolved directly with the provider concerned.
• Content Accuracy: While 499bde makes every reasonable effort to ensure that odds, game descriptions, promotional terms, and account information displayed on the platform are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. 499bde reserves the right to correct manifest errors in displayed odds, payouts, or bonus amounts, and any bets or claims based on a manifest error may be voided.

Amendments to These Terms

499bde reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 499bde will provide notice through one or more of the following methods:
